I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! First of all, the value for money is unbeatable. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this one offers such great prices without compromising on quality. Secondly, the attention to detail in this hotel is impressive. From the clean and comfortable rooms to the little touches like having a fridge for your own beverages, they really go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. And let's not forget about the fantastic location! Being just a stone's throw away from the beach and having a beautiful park nearby, it's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the lovely area of Viareggio.
Everything was just perfect, nothing to improve!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast-buffet: fresh coisants, fresh ham, fresh cheese and if you like, fresh omelet ! On sundays self-made cake. The room was clean, - and quiet in the night.

The Hotel Playa in Viareggio is a fantastic find. the location is perfect, situated just 50 meters from the seafront, it offers a lovely view from the rooms with balconies. Secondly, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Finally, the attention to detail in this hotel is exceptional, with clean rooms and bedding changed regularly. Additionally, the breakfast spread is worth mentioning, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
All was wonderful; nothing to complain about.

Hotel is as it is described on Booked.net. Location is 150m from beach. Car park on the street (blue zone) in front of the hotel 10€/day paid separately and arranged by hotel stuff. Elevator installed.
Without own beach part on the coast which is mostly in private own by other hotels. Access from street to lobby only over 4 steps of stairs.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a small hotel in a lovely area by the sea. The prices were great and the attention to detail was impressive. I loved the fact that my room had a balcony with almost the same view as the one described in another review. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities were all there, including a new air-con system and a safe for valuables. And let's not forget about the breakfast - a delicious continental spread with a variety of options to choose from every morning.
Everything was fine, no improvements needed.

It is a small nice hotel, with perfect location near the beach but not on the main street so it wasn' t noisey, not really a new hotel but pleasant and clean, with spaceus rooms and bathroom. The best of all was the staff of the hotel, the family who runs it, espescially Andrea, who made us feel very welcome, gave us voucher for the near beach at special price and helped us with everything we needed. Also, the parking was good, you can park on the street in front of the hotel for 5 euro per day -arranged by the hotel, but also close in the street behind where it's free.
Everything was good, only that our room was next to the place where cleaning equipment was kept, so we could here every morning noise - we stay up late so didn't want to be woken up early.

The room was fine-old fashioned but fine, however the bathrooom was really small and the shower was barely big enough for one person to wash in!

The hotel has a great location, just a few steps away from the beach and close to the main shopping area. The staff is also very friendly and helpful which made my stay more enjoyable. the breakfast was really good, with fresh coffee and a variety of options to choose from.
The room I stayed in was quite small and cramped which made it difficult to work comfortably. The noise level was also quite high, with sounds coming from outside and from other rooms.
